Backwater with my Daughter

I had lunch with my daughter Monica and then we went into old Ellicott City. We walked around some, but our focus was a visit to Backwater Books. Listeners might recall that Lory and I visited Backwater as one of four book stops in Old Ellicott City earlier this year.

Backwater is a fairly new store with lots of room to expand their inventory. We’ll be interested to watch them grow.

Monica bought Riverman: An American Odyssey by Ben McGrath who canoed thousands of miles on American rivers. Looks like a book I would probably enjoy.
